On Thursday 29 February 2024, the Virtual, Augmented and Mixed Reality Centre of Epirus Region (VREAC) welcomed with joy and enthusiasm the students of the 8th Primary School of Arta for a visit full of games and learning.
The students were able to get in touch with this great world of virtual reality technologies.
Their journey started at the CAVE (Virtual Reality Cell), where they had the opportunity to
to learn more about the technological developments of recent months, through an extensive presentation
which included exciting experiments and impressive images!
Then, through play and experimentation with the Centre’s equipment, the students were able to experience a wide range of exciting and exciting exhibitions and demonstrations.
were able to understand in a practical way the value of augmented and mixed reality technologies and robotics, which are used in so many of today’s applications.
The visit was one that they will never forget and which introduced them to potential career horizons that they may wish to explore further in the future.
