The last BLS of the year at KEEPH - A training of a lifetime with the participation of the youngest volunteers!

The last BLS of the year at KEEPH - A training of a lifetime with the participation of the youngest volunteers!

On Saturday 15 June, the last Basic Life Support (BLS) seminar for this year, in collaboration with the organization KIDS SAVE LIVES, was successfully completed at the Center for Virtual, Augmented and Mixed Reality of Epirus (KEEPH).

KEEPH, as an official First Aid Certification Centre, once again welcomed volunteers of all ages, training and certifying them in Basic Life Support and the use of an Automatic External Defibrillator (AED).

Among the participants stood out the presence of young children, who - having reached the age of 12 - actively participated in the training and were officially certified. The sight of these children responsibly handling life-saving techniques is not only moving; it is the most promising sign that the future belongs to a caring and prepared society.

The cooperation with KIDS SAVE LIVES contributes decisively to the cultivation of a culture of prevention and volunteerism from a very young age, putting into practice the vision of a society of trained citizens, able to act at the critical moment.

Looking ahead to the new year, we renew our appointment for even more trainings, actions and collaborations.

Because every hand that learns to help is a hand that may one day save a life. And every child who learns to save builds a better world.
