We welcome the first-year students to Arta!

On the occasion of the first orientation meeting for first-year students in the Department of Informatics and Telecommunications, the IEEE Student Branch at the University of Ioannina – Arta welcomes the new students to the academic community of Arta.

The start of college life is always a new experience, full of questions, expectations, and new opportunities. Through this orientation, first-year students had the opportunity to become more familiar with the Department, the basic procedures, the resources available, and the first steps of their daily life at the University.

As the IEEE Student Branch at the University of Ioannina–Arta, our goal is to support the student community, create opportunities for participation, and bring students closer to technology, innovation, collaboration, and volunteerism.

Through events, presentations, hands-on tech experiences, and group initiatives, we want new students to meet people, gain experience, and become part of an active student group.

We welcome all first-year students to Arta and wish them a great start, a creative journey, and a wonderful college life.

We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events!
