EpirusXRCenter & IEEE Student Branch University of Ioannina | Arta, in collaboration with the Municipality of Arta, invite young and old alike to a special festive event at the Municipality of Arta’s Christmas Village in Agios Dimitrios
On December 17 & 18, 2025, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., the public will have the opportunity to enjoy the most impressive Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) experiences in a truly Christmassy atmosphere.
VR & AR applications, digital games, educational experiences, and interactive content will await all those who want to discover the magic of technology.
At the same time, because these are also days of giving, the event is part of the final days of the food drive organized by the IEEE Student Branch University of Ioannina | Arta and the EpirusXRCenter in collaboration with the Municipality.
Those who wish to do so can bring long-life food items, which will be offered to families in the area who are in need.
The initiative aims both to familiarize the public with modern immersion technologies and to strengthen the spirit of solidarity during the holidays.
Participation is free and open to all.
