Visit of the 2nd General High School of Arta to the Virtual, Augmented and Mixed Reality Centre of the Region of Epirus

On Tuesday 8 April 2025, the Centre for Virtual, Augmented and Mixed Reality of the Region of Epirus (EpirusXrCenter) welcomed 25 students and 3 accompanying teachers from the 2nd General High School of Arta, as part of an educational visit aimed at familiarizing them with the cutting-edge technologies of the digital world.

During the visit, the work and activities of EpirusXrCenter were presented, with emphasis on the applications of Virtual, Augmented and Mixed Reality in critical sectors such as education, health, industry and culture.

Students had the opportunity to experience modern technological equipment and experiment with interactive applications, gaining hands-on experience of technologies that redefine education and vocational training.

The visit is part of EpirusXrCenter's strategy for extroversion and diffusion of innovation, enhancing the digital literacy and technological culture of the student community of Epirus.
