The Center for Virtual, Augmented and Mixed Reality (XRCENTER) in collaboration with Kids Save Lives on Sunday 4/2/2024 held the 1st Basic Life Support Seminar which took place in the premises of CEEPI and as an official First Aid Certification Center. The seminar was held to educate the public on the basics of life support and to promote safety and well-being in our community.
The seminar included informative lectures, demonstration of practical skills and active participation of participants in first aid scenarios. Participants had the opportunity to practice basic CPR techniques and handling unexpected health situations.
A particularly rewarding aspect of the seminar was the presentation at the CAVE site. CAVE provided a highly awakening and alternative experience environment, enhancing the understanding and application of skills required in emergency situations.
At the end of the seminar, participants also had the opportunity to try out a Mixed Reality CPR application. Where they were invited to test their knowledge in a real simulation, under full interaction conditions.
The Center for Virtual, Augmented and Mixed Reality and Kids Save Lives would like to thank all the participants and Kids Save Lives trainers for their contribution to the success of the seminar.
